Who they are
I am an Arizona native. I received my degree in culinary arts and restaurant management from the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Scottsdale. During school I was invited to attend the Cannes Film Festival to work with top chefs from Spago and cook for celebrities and film students. After school, I worked at the Royal Palms, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, and Norwegian Cruise Line. In 2009 I started at Lux and have been nourishing and cultivating community ever since.
My passion is food: teaching people how to cook and bake, how to use their palate and senses to guide them to make food, to eat and enjoy the craft of cooking.
