To give our youth a place, an environment, a home for their empowered progress. Where we as servant leaders, in humility and by our faith, come together to nurture our youth. We are the curriculum, as a way of fulfilled living where teachers, mentors, and coaches connect with scholar-athletes through critical thinking, dialogue, and sport to be who they are.
Pródos grew out of Dynamos SC, the competitive soccer club Robbie Findley built in Phoenix. As the club grew, it became more than a soccer academy: a faith-based, family-centered private academy for grades 3-12, on a four-day week, where teachers, mentors, and coaches pour into the whole young person. The fall 2026-2027 class is enrolling now.
Our approach
In knowing who we are, being who we are, and expressing our authority in showing up and being present, we are taking ownership over culture so we can change it. Our belief being, that our youth will best develop and strengthen just as we were developed and strengthened by our parents, coaches, leaders, and teachers.
Our way
The Pródos Dynamos way is a culture, that through unity and our family-centered approach, will provide each of our youth a complete and comprehensive experience. That in this experience is the opportunity for our youth to be present and free in every moment.

Pródos Academy operates under the nonprofit entity Phoenix Football Academy. We serve both boys and girls as a tuition-based private academy set up as an ESA Vendor in the state of Arizona.

To build a sustainable environment, a place, where Pródos Dynamos Sporting Club & Academy can provide a way of fulfilled living. The place we are building offers people space:
- A multi-use field house for basketball and futsal
- A full-field soccer pitch with additional training grounds
- Amphitheater seating throughout the campus
- A speed, strength, mobility, and endurance training area and track
- A kitchen, dining hall, student lounges, and player locker rooms
- A farmhouse, a farm, a garden, and a fishing pond
- A front yard, a back yard, a playground, and landscaped walking paths
- Contemplative areas for prayer and meditation
- Communal gathering spaces for conversation, connection, and fellowship
